Karin is under enormous pressure to procure good quality, self contained temporary accommodation for the local community. Karin is very keen lease privately owned properties for fixed term. Karin's schemes offer long term or short term leases for landlords with empty and liveable properties.

WHAT TYPES OF PROPERTIES IS SUITABLE?

Karin is looking for all types and sizes of properties from one to six bedrooms including flats, houses, bungalows and maisonettes with or without garden.

LANDLORD REQUIREMENTS

Property must meet the required standards

Proof of ownership

Proof of Insurance

Proof of EP Certificate

Proof of NIEC

Proof of gas safety

The property must be fully furnished with regulation 1993 fire, safety and amendments and statutory instrument 1993 number 207

Proof of 3 star service care contract (renewable every year) with the British Gas or NHH approved CORGI registered contractor
